I’m joined by National Geographic explorer, longevity expert and author, Dan Buettner. Dan’s work centres on reverse-engineering the lifestyles of individuals living in the Blue Zones, the regions in the world with the greatest number of centenarians, and specifically, how these individuals eat, move, live, and interact with others to live long and healthy lives.
